Step ONE - the sitdown
We start with a discussion with the team on not just what you want to build but what you are looking to achieve with it. We understand that there are often multiple business goals to be achieved such as increasing visibility and market-share, driving revenue or enhancing the customer experience.
We can discuss all the options, give insight into similar products being made, and help, advise and guide you through the entire process. We can also discuss regulatory factors like GDPR to make sure we’re covering everything. You’re not just a project for us, but a partner, and we want to ensure that you achieve the best outcome possible and continue to work going forward with ArBa.
Step two - the plan
After our discussions, we will start creating a product plan, including wireframe mock-ups, user flow analysis, and development feature analysis. We want to make sure that you’re getting the most out of your app, so we’ll go through all the various options for your project to find what works best for you.
With our wireframe mock-ups and web previews, we’ll show you all the options of what could be done, and combine this with a complete schedule of milestones and a delivery completion estimate. This will deliver focus and complete visibility on progress as tasks are completed. We value the trust that you put into us, and want to remain as open and transparent about the entire process as possible.
step three - the Commencement
Once a project commences, we’ll make sure that you are never left in the dark about what’s going on. We’ll send regular updates throughout the project, giving you the chance to see the progress happen, and give feedback and discuss any changes as they’re happening. This pairs with our milestone estimate so you know exactly what’s happening when. We want to create your vision, and your feedback is the most important part of this process.
step four - the testing
No project is complete without a rigorous and through testing, and we’re a one stop shop when it comes to that. We do all our testing in-house, so we can make sure it’s done to the highest standards. We don’t only want to make sure the code works perfectly, but that it looks and does exactly what you want it to. We will send out test apps so you can play around with the build and make sure it’s working how you would like.
We have extensive testing facilities for all operating systems and product types, including Apple OS, Android OS, Mac OS, Linux, Windows, and test devices from all manufacturers. Through our rigorous testing plan we’ll make sure any bugs are ironed out so on release day, you can focus on the most important things.
step five - the upload
When we agree that the project is completed, our team will handle the rest. For apps, our team will handle everything with the submission and review by Apple and Android to make sure it’s in the store as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
Step six - the upkeep
Just because your project is online now doesn’t mean we stop supporting you. We are here to help, and can be as involved as you’d like going forward. We can make changes, expand them as your company grows, ensure backups, stability, and security, and make sure the app is always up to date for any future OS updates. We can tailor our involvement to whatever level you require.
